ALAC's Social Sporting Competition focuses on fun, fairness and participation.

With high quality facilities, qualified referees and sports coordinators our competitions are a great way to maintain your skills, health and fitness.

ALAC offers a range of regular summer (ladies and mixed netball ) and winter ( ladies netball and mixed basketball ) competitions. And now Walking Netball!

Registrations now OPEN for walking netball.

Games take place on a Thursday evening from 13th February. Games run from between 545pm - 645pm.

Walking netball runs for 6 weeks this term.
