Several Albany sporting associations play their entire sporting season on the court area at ALAC. 

These sports are usually seasonal however a number of sport is played year round.

During the summer months the Albany Basketball Association hold their weekly fixtures/competition on several nights of the week depending on age groups. For the first time, 2017/18 will see the ABA holding fixtures on a Saturday in an effort to manage the large number of teams registered in 2016/17. The ABA also book courts on Friday's and Saturday’s to cater for their various junior development programs ie. Aussie Hoops and Raiders.

Indoor Hockey and Indoor Soccer are not played on a regular basis however ALAC Programs occasionally offer an indoor competition. For more information on Programs offered at ALAC please visit Albany Leisure Centre > Programs > Active Albany

Individual hockey and soccer groups do hire the court area at different times for scratch matches or if the outside weather is inclement. 

In winter the Albany Netball Association begin their season at ALAC.  The competition fixtures are generally played on a Saturday however the growth within the association has seen them booking indoor court space on a Friday afternoon to cater for the extra games scheduled.

Net Set Go the beginners/junior program is held on a Monday afternoon.

Volleyball is another winter sport making the most of the indoor court space at ALAC with the Albany Volleyball Association fixturing juniors, seniors and mixed games on a Wednesday afternoon and evening. The AVA also run a beach volleyball summer competition at Middleton Beach.
